When you submit a profile, we collect:

• Your name, job title, location, and professional bio
• Your email address (used for managing your profile and to receive messages from employers)
• Your work preferences (remote, hybrid, in-office)
• Your skills and employment type
• Your resume

We use your information to:

• Display your profile publicly in the directory so employers can find you.
• Send you a link via email to manage your profile and to forward messages from employers.
• Notify you when your profile is about to expire, if you opt in.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the site (e.g., hosting and email delivery services).

Your profile — including your name, title, location, bio, skills, and resume — is publicly visible to anyone who visits this site. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Active profiles are retained for 30 days from submission or last renewal. Inactive profiles are hidden from the directory and permanently deleted after 1 year of inactivity. If you delete your profile manually, it is removed from our systems within 30 days. We do not retain personal data beyond these periods.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (your profile).
• Correct inaccurate information by editing your profile.
• Delete your profile and associated data at any time.
• Deactivate your profile so it is no longer publicly visible.

All of these actions are available through the "Manage Your Profile" feature.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use a session cookie to validate your magic link authentication, which is deleted when you close your browser.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
